Pierre Turin (1891-1968) Art Deco Period Notepad.
Pierre Turin is widely accepted as the most accomplished medallist working in the Art Deco Style. An award winning French medallist who studied at Ecole Nationale Superieur de Beaux Arts and was a pupile of Frederic de Vernon, Auguste Paley and Jules Coulan.
His most famous commission is the medal for the Exposition Internationale des Arts Decoratifs et Industriels Modernes, Paris, 1925.
