Perspective View of The Jubilee Ball at Ranelagh.

The title of this engraving, now cut away, would read 'A view of the Rotunda House & Gardens at Ranelagh with an exact representation of the Jubilee Ball as it appeared May 24th 1759 being the Birth Day of His Royal Highness George Prince of Wales.

Printed and sold by Robert Sayer at the Golden Buck opposite Fetter Lane, Fleet Street'.

Condition is excellent with strong and origial colour. It is fascinating to look into these views and not difficult to imagine the pleasures to be had in a Georgian pleasure garden.

Framed within a fine copy of a correct 18th century print frame.

o.s:17.75 in x 11.75 in.
