A charming little pair of Dutch delft drug jars decorated in blue with the "bird and basket" design. On es inscribed E.MART POM (electuary of rip apples) and the other C.THYRIACA (confection of treacle). They have been in a long standing collection and were bought in the 1960s from Jonathon Horne, the renowned Kensington Church Street ceramics dealer. Excellent condition.
