Antique Nest of tables.
Made for the European Export market. This elegant nest of four Chinese export tables made of huanghuali, each raised on slender turned legs, hoop stretchers for extra support. The amboyna veneered tops are banded in satinwood, the raised lipped edge and stringing is solid ebony. China circa 1825.
