A Louis XIV Mirror.

France, circa 1700.

A superb late 17th century early 18th century French Louis XIV mirror - the giltwood frame inset with superb bevelled border glass plates around a central rectangular plate. The corners mounted with Berainesque carved detailing of particularly fine quality. Lovely age and patina throughout.
