A late 17th century Spanish candlestick.
A good example of a flat tray type candlestick usually attributed to Spain and dating to the last quarter of the 17th century.
Quite heavily made, the baluster turned stem unscrews and the tray base has a raised lip and stands on small V shaped feet.
