A Large Famille Verte Piecrust Dish, Kangxi (1662 1722).
Richly decorated in bright overglaze enamels highlighted with gilding, the centre with two pheasants perched upon flowering branches, the border with four cartouches containing insects and foliage reserved on a flower strewn green seeded ground inside an iron red diaper band and gilded piecrust edge.
