A beautiful emerald and diamond ring by Hancocks, set to the centre with a wide pear shape Colombian emerald weighing 4.74cts and of rich green colour with intense saturation, in a platinum rubover setting with millegrain detail, surrounded by a narrow halo-style frame of round transition cut diamonds in a platinum grain and channel setting again with millegrain edging, the gallery with pretty scroll motifs, the shoulders set with diamonds all to a plain narrow D-shape band.
