Conceived as a Gothic Revival architectural ornament probably a finial.
Re-purposed as a holder for large candle or delicacies.
Shaped top with a border of scrollwork and stylised leaf carving above a turned base.
Outer diameter 18cm., 7" inner diameter 12cm.
This piece does not require a Cites certificate, it is not made from Swietenia humilis.
