A mid 18th Century moss agate etui with gold repousse furniture. The two parts of the case constructed from panels of polished moss agate secured by repousse gold bands. Gold bow and large diamond button to open the top.
The body houses a pair of gold handled scissors, gold bodkin, gold and steel double ended tweezers and file, pencil and notepad. Also included is a folding razor, the gold blade protected by a gold repousse body with panels of moss agate.
