A mid 19th Century Swiss cylinder in a gold and enamel open face case. Keywind gilt Lepine calibre movement with a suspended going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator. Plain three arm gilt balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Polished steel cylinder, steel escape wheel.
Silver dial with a decoratively engraved centre, Roman numerals, gold hands. Engraved gold open face case, the back with a well painted polychrome enamel scene of a lady and a cupid in a chapel. Wound and set through the engine turned gold cuvette.
