English Regency - George IV Period Mahogany Lead Lined Wine Cooler of generous proportions.
Of circular form with the original lead lined interior, resting upon a tapering gadrooned side supported by a fluted pinched socle and square plinth.
Of a particular robust and stylish design to accomodate a grand period room - alternatively perfect for the most up to date and modern setting.
Provenance: English Private Country Residence.
Research at present being undertaken on the design. The style and quality of timber suggest the possibility being from the Gillows Lancaster stable.
