The print depicts Chapter 3 from the series Modern Parodies of Genji (Utsusemi: Watanabe no Tsuna).

Dimensions of woodcut: 9.1/2in. x 13.3/4in. (24.2cm x 34.8cm).

Condition: small areas of damage to edge of print.

A print from the same woodcut is held at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, Accession no. 11.39760, and also at the Rhode Island School of Design; Gift of Paula and Leonard Granoff, 85.197.2.
