A Fine Pair of Urns in the Louis XVI Manner.
Carved from Egyptian Alabaster Rosso and dressed with gilt-bronze mounts, rising from in-curved square stepped bases, the twin-handled ovoid bodies supported by waisted socles and flanked by bearded male masks issuing stylised laurel garlands, capped with circular lids having gilt-bronze finials.
