Bearing the date on the back "August 1743", this lovely little reverse glass painting (not a print) was probably painted in China for the Western market.
It shows a young girl dressed in fashionable clothing and holding a trailing stem of flowers.
It measures 8 1/2 inches x 7 1/4 inches across the frame.
