A Fine Giltwood Cushion Mirror With Etched Side Plates.

The rectangular mirror plate is framed by marginal etched side plates within a beaded and egg and dart carved rectangular giltwood frame with out-set corners and draped swags. The mirror frame is surmounted by a scrolling cartouche cresting with trailing foliate devices and the lower section adorned with a delicately carved apron of ribband tied swags and rock roses.
