A fine stipple engraving printed in colour, the original title 'Fighting Dogs', here titled in the verre églomisé mount as 'Dog Fight'. After the original painting by George Morland painted around 1790 and held in the National Galleries Scotland collection.

This example stamped R.A. indicating a provenance to the Royal Academy Schools during the 19th century.

Finely presented within a gilt gesso moulding frame period to the work.
