A striking early 20th Century bronze study of a an alert bunny with very fine rich orange/ brown patina and good surface detail, raised on a shaped portoro marble base and signed.

ABOUT
Alfred Jorel ( French, 1860 ~ 1927) was a sculptor active in Paris during the late 19th Century throigh to the early 20th Century. Alfred Jorel became a member of Société des Artistes Francais in 1896 and exhibited at the Societys salons. He was awarded a bronze medal in 1907.
