Chippendale Period Mahogany Single - Desk Chair Circa 1765.
Particular Fine and Rare Model of an English Mahogany Sidechair .......constructed from the finest imported Mahogany having an interesting style generally- thought to be Irish .
The carving is of an exemplary high standard having interesting carved cabriole front legs with fascinating shelllike carvings to the centre and two ends of the top rail .
Of note is the superb colour and patination .
Excellent condition -having a nineteenth century tapestry seat which quite frankly needs changing to clients choice.
