Chinese famille verte biscuit hors d'oeuvre dish, Kangxi (1662-1722), of pentagonal shape, decorated to the central well with a watery landscape scene, with two fishermen on a boat beside a mountainous shore and a pagoda in a wooded grove just visible beyond a cliff, the cavetto with six scrolling flowerheads, the rim with a band of green scroll and small flower heads at each corner, the reverse with five precious beribboned babao.
