Chinese famille verte biscuit hors d'oeuvre dish, Kangxi (1662-1722), of pentagonal shape, decorated to the central well with a watery landscape scene, with two fishermen on a boat beside a mountainous shore, with a pagoda and pine trees, the cavetto with six scrolling flowerheads, the rim with a band of green scroll and small flower heads at each corner, the reverse with five precious beribboned babao.

Diameter: 11.8cm (4 5/8in.), height: 10.4cm. (4 1/16in.)

Condition: Very slight rubbing to three of the flowerhead enamels on the rim.
