Chinese famille rose teabowl and saucer, Qianlong (1736-95), the centre of the saucer and well of the teabowl decorated with a posy of flowers and a butterfly, the cavetto and teabowl exterior with small floral sprays, the rims with curling scroll cartouches containing floral sprigs, further butterflies and a golden yellow diaper ground.
