Chinese blue and white moulded saucer.

Kangxi (1662-1722).

With undulating rim.

Decorated in the centre with a 'Long Eliza' seated at a table holding a lotus flower, beside a jardinière of flowers.

Surrounded by ten alternating panels containing 'Long Eliza' in a fenced garden and sprays of flowers.

The reverse with a continuous foliate scroll, with the character 'Yu' to base.

The 'jade' mark Yu was traditionally called the F-mark in the Netherlands and is often found on good quality Kangxi blue and white export porcelain.
