Chinese blue and white Kangxi-style ginger jar and cover, 19th century, decorated with two opposing ogee-shaped panels containing an assortment of vessels and jardinieres with floral arrangements on stands against a pattern of cherry blossom on cracked ice, the foot and neck of the jar with narrow lappet bands, the base with a four-character mark.
Height: 19.7cm. (7 ¾ in.), width 18.5cm. (7 ¼ in.)
Condition: Cover broken in half and restuck with two very small missing areas to rim of cover.
