Decorated in the centre with a scholar and two ladies in a garden with two fenghuang (phoenix).
Circumscribed by cartouches with auspicious emblems and flowerheads against a diaper background.
The outer border with sprays of chrysanthemum, peony and cherry blossom and a narrow band of scrollwork to the rim. The reverse with two foliate sprays.
