An Oval Bilston Enamel Trophy Box.
The lid embossed and painted with a trophy of the chase, showing a powder flask, hunting horn, dead hare and a bandoliere inscribed: ‘A la chasse amoureuse’, the base with flower sprays reserved on a white background, the sides of the box painted with flower sprays of different types of flowers on a black background, the mounts gilded in a wavy pattern and the gilded thumb piece corded.
