Antique Persian Kelardasht Rug.
North Persian Kurdish village rug dating to around 1900. It follows a very distinctive format of a column of Memling guls on a red ground, a floral main border, often on shades of green, and reciprocal guard stripes.
The rug is woven in wool on a wool foundation and is in excellent condition.
