An antique jewelled and gold grape brooch by Fonseque et Olive.
The naturalistically chased yellow gold stem mounted with a rose diamond set vine leaf and red glass grapes.
Georges Fonseque and Emile Olive made a specialty of these brooches in the form of grapes. They were originally supplied in miniature wooden wine cases.
Paris, circa 1889.
