Rare ivory off white background on this wonderful small medallion and all over leaf design antique Heriz carpet.  Woven around circa 1920 with subtle dyes, and a muted pinkish/peach toned border, pale blues, greens and soft red tones.  A rare squarish size too, we do not often come across these sizes and in such good original condition too.  The wool pile is high and soft throughout, fringes and sides are secure too, ready for the floor to be used as a decorative item.  It would enhance a room and space beautifully, supplied with our sturdy anti-slip underlay which helps keep the rug flat and secure on the floor.
