19th century portrait.

A fine portrait oil painting in a gilt decorated frame, of a young pretty girl Frances E. Abbey, having a pale blue ribbon tied with a bow in her hair.  She is also wearing a blue and white stripped dress with a lace collar. On the back on the painting are two labels. One Frances E Abbey [b 1862] painted by J Halford 1871. The second label saying the same.
