A FINE SATINWOOD & INLAID TEA CADDY. GEORGE III, CIRCA 1780.
Of oblong octagonal form, cross banded in tulipwood, box and rosewood and with ebony stringing. The hinged top with a central inlaid shell over canted corners with inlaid stylised pedestal urns with leaves & flowers, the front with two oval panels again with urns & flowers. The whole of exceptional quality.
