A Sheraton period satinwood secretaire cabinet banded overall in rosewood and inlaid with boxwood and ebony lines, the top with a pair of Gothic glazed doors, the lower section with a fitted secretaire drawer above a recessed arched drawer on square tapering legs. In the manner of GEORGE SIMSON OF LONDON (worked 1787-1840).
