This lovely ring has 5 old cut almandine garnets set in a square with old cut diamonds between each stone creating a checkerboard design.
The garnets are a beautiful bright colour and well matched.
This elegant ring sits low to the hand typical of the Edwardian era and is mounted in 18ct yellow gold with stylised tapered shoulders onto a plain shank.
It would make a beautiful unique engagement ring.
