A wonderful example of the detailed and imaginative work of the Miyao Company, this delightful pair of Bronze figures depict two workers enjoying a moment of rest. Another man, holds a broom in one hand and in the other, he holds aloft a bird house in the form of a lantern and a sparrow sits on top. He looks to be delighted.
Both men wear robes adorned with emblems and butterflies. Offered in good condition and both bear the Miyao mark in a gold tablet.
