Yorkshire prattware pottery clock money box with soldier and maiden circa 1810.

A pottery money box in the form of a long case Grandfather clock decorated in good Pratt colors, the modeling well executed.
The clock is flanked by the rare addition of a soldier standing with rifle by his side his female partner is holding a basket and is wearing a striking bonnet.
A dog sits at the clock's base, a green top and sponged with blue, black, and ochre all around the side, typically associated with the Mexborough Pottery located in Yorkshire.
Dimensions: 8.75 inches high.
