A fine mahogany drop dial wall timepiece, the 12 inch silvered dial signed Wm Avenell, Portsea. The flame figured mahogany case with narrow wood surround, concave cast brass locking bezel, ears and shaped bottom opening door. High quality eight day fusee movement with anchor escapement and long pendulum.
