18ct white gold and diamond earrings made circa 1958.
This design was inspired by the space race of the 1950’s, when the first man made satellite, the Sputnik, was launched into orbit.
These starburst shaped earrings are in 18ct white gold with a round brilliant cut to the centre, surrounded by tapered, rectangular and pointed end cut baguette diamonds.
Total Diamond weight (approx) 4.0cts, F/G colour, VS1 Clarity.
