A walnut side table/jardinière by Gillows, probably after Augustus Pugin, the rectangular top lifting out to reveal a brass lining (replaced) for planting, raised upon turned legs enclosing a galleried shelf above crossbars with the original castors, decorated throughout in the Gothic Revival style with tulip-wood inlaid rosettes, flowerheads and quatrefoils.
