A superb Victorian bright cut hand engraved teapot made in 1899/1900 by William Hutton and Sons of London. This magnificent teapot and stand is of serpentine form and retains its original handle and finial which is in the form of a pineapple (symbol of hospitality). The matching stand is of conforming shape and stands on four elegantly pierced feet. One of the cartouches is engraved with the original owners initials. The condition is quite magnificent and is a good a teapot and stand that one is likely to find. Capacity 1.75 Uk pints (1 litre).
