An unusual late Victorian Peridot carved half hoop ring.
The ring is set with 5 graduated perfectly matched peridots, each set with tiny diamond points between the stones in a handmade carved half hoop design with scroll work decoration. This was a design very popular in the late Victorian and Edwardian periods.
The ring is beautifully low set to the hand and in wonderful conditon.
