Impressive pair of Victorian of Sterling Silver Fiddle, Thread and Shell serving spoons applied with Royal Marines Crest and of very good weight.
Maker: George Adams. London 1852.

The fact that the crest is applied rather than engraved and that they are of such good gauge is indicative of the high quality of their production and make them particularly special. They would enhance any dining table.

The full set of hallmarks is clearly stamped on the reverse of each stems.

Length: 10.5 inches (26.7cm)
