A beautiful late Victorian necklace set with 4 matched amethysts in fine claw settings.
Each amethyst is linked to diamond set scrollwork sections and the whole necklace is articulated allowing it to move with the wearer and sit flat to the neckline. The scrollwork sections are silver fronted and the necklace is attached to a fine gold trace chain with bolt ring fitting.
This elegant necklace is in beautiful condition and is a fabulous example of late Victorian jewellery.
