A good quality Victorian 15 carat gold (tested) sliding mechanical Propelling Pencil with ribbed body and foliate chased slider ring, the screw-off terminal chased with acanthus leaves and flower heads and set with a plain bloodstone seal, opening to reveal a rifled lead reservoir.
