Victorian mantel clock standing on a raised decorated plinth and resting on pad feet, surmounted by a ribbed pagoda top with turned finial.

 The case is beautifully decorated with gilded, raised chinoiserie work featuring typical Chinese scenes on a green ground.

 Brass bezel opening to a silvered dial with Roman numerals and original ‘blued’ steel hands signed Perry & Co. London.

 Eight day movement striking the hours and halves on a coiled gong marked ‘S.Marti, No. 1915.  C.1890
