Very rare and fine Chinese export porcelain scholar’s desk screen with a romantic scene of a tenderly embraced couple next to a table watched by a servant and on the back holders for three brushes decorated on the biscuit with translucent enamels from the famille verte (wucai) palette, c. 1690, Kangxi reign, Qing dynasty, h.10,5 cm, 4 1/8 in. 7-16345
