A very fine set of six George III Bright Cut Tablespoons made in London in 1791 by Godbehere & Wigan.
The Tablespoons are modelled in the Old English Pattern and the stems are deeply engraved with bright cut borders and floral and foliate designs.
In addition, they display a navette shaped cartouche engraved with the contemporary script initial "S".
Each spoon is in excellent condition, has a good bowl, crisp engraving and well struck hallmarks. A very fine set.
