A Tunbridge Ware needlework box of small proportions veneered in rosewood and with a view of Eridge Castle to the lid. The frieze with a chain link border.
The interior fitted with four mosaic spools, a tape measure marked in nails, a mosaic needle book, eight rosewood winders and a rosewood thimble.
Attributed to Edmund Nye - This pattern is only known on items made by Nye.
