A rosewood veneered jewellery box with a view of Eridge Castle to the lid within floral borders and the frieze decorated with borders of miniature parquetry.
The box is fitted with compartments and has two frieze drawers, all lined in red velvet, giving good storage space. Attributed to Edmund Nye.
