A fine quality and extensive sterling silver kings pattern canteen of silver flatware/cutlery for twelve people all made in Sheffield in 1978 for R .E Porter (Bournemouth retailer)(Coffee spoons 1956 Edward Viner).

This extensive and heavy weight service comprises-12 Round bowl soup spoons ,12 Table forks,12 Dessert spoons,12 Dessert forks,12 Tea spoons,12 Coffee spoons, 12 Avocado /Grapefruit spoons and 4 Serving spoons. To complement this there are 12 Table knives and 12 Dessert knives with silver handles and stainless steel blades along with a 3 piece carving set.

The knives are of the superior hard soldered variety (dishwasher safe with no filling)-(115 pieces).A lovely set (one of this quality new would be more than three times as much)

The set looks very little used and is in excellent condition.If needed at this present time I have fish knives and forks to complement this set.
