Small Regency Mahogany Bookcase On Cupboard.

An Extremely Good Quality Early 19th Century, Regency Period, Mahogany Waterfall Bookcase On Cupboard Of Diminutive Proportion, Having Two Fixed Shelves To Top With Elegant Shaped Ends, Over Two Well Figured Panelled Doors, Enclosing Adjustable Shelf, Raised On Original Tapered Feet.

A most elegant, functional and useful piece of furniture, which is constructed from high quality mahogany timbers and boasts great quality of construction.

The shaped ends to the top are an elegant, decorative feature, as are the panelled doors and unusual original feet which it stands on.

The piece is an unusually small size, perfect to enhance the look of a wide variety of spaces around both the home and office, whilst also adding great additional fucntionality in obvious ways.

Clearly the bookcase has been well loved, cherished and looked after over the years, as it remains in excellent condition with just the expected historic old marks and scuffs consumate with age.

As with all items which we offer for sale this piece has been inspected in our workshops by our highly trained, specialist antique furniture restorers, and received a natural wax polis, to ensure it is in retail showroom condition before being offered for sale.
